Has Cache Creek Ever Flooded?

The potential for flooding along Cache Creek and the western Yolo County floodplain has long been a concern to local leaders. The intense storm of January 2006, the disaster of Hurricane Katrina and a new FEMA map that places more area residents in a flood zone has renewed the focus of possible flooding in our region.
