For your convenience, we have added our Water Application form to our site. Please note that the Water Application must be turned into our office with an original signature.
The 2007 Water Application is available in .pdf and Excel (.xls) format. To download the Water Application in Microsoft Excel (.xls) format, right click on the .xls format link and choose Save Target As. The .pdf files will begin to download if you click them. If you signing up more than 20 gates, you will need to download the Water Application - continued file as well as the Water Application.
For the benefit of our customers, we have included Ditch Tender contact information including ride schedules, a map of the rides and phone numbers for staff members responsible for each ride.
